CEO of Legacy Youth Zone – Barnabas Shelbourne is taking part in not one, not two, but 12 Challenges to fundraise for all the young people in Croydon who take part in the services we offer.
Watch his video below to see why he’s doing it
Barnabas hopes to raise £12,000 (£1000 per month) from 01 September 2021 – 31 August 2022. If he’s able to surpass this and reach more than double the donations £25,000 – then he has promised to get a tattoo saying ‘Legacy’! Crazy right – but it was his own suggestion, and secretly we think he just wants any excuse to get a tattoo!DONATE NOW
Below you’ll see a list of the 12 challenges Barnabas will be taking part in – some may be hidden as they will be revealed to him closer to the time (we don’t want to give him the opportunity to chicken out!)
If you’d like to support and take part in any activities too, then you can register your interest and a member of the fundraising team will be in touch with you!
Barnabas will be wearing something green every day in September to celebrate our 2nd birthday (officially on 7th September).
