Challenge Yourself

Push yourself to your limits and take on an active challenge!

Next steps

  1. Decide on your challengeWe have two great ideas you could try below if you need some help getting started.

  2. Put a time limit on your challenge. £10 can purchase a sensory toy for a child with additional needs, to help them improve their focus and participation at Legacy. Why not base your activities around these numbers? For example, can you skip for ten minutes over 10 days?
  3. Create your JustGiving page and get sharing! Share your JustGiving page on your social channels and get all of your friends and family to support you by sponsoring your challenge.

Want to take on a challenge as work a team or group of friends

Follow our steps above with your work colleagues or friends and form your own #greenteam. However, instead of setting up individual Just Giving pages, why not set up a group page

Then sign up to Strava to track yours and your team members progress. Link your Strava account to your JustGiving page so you can all upload your training pictures, maps, and miles (if you’re running or cycling!)
